Recorded in Seychelles (Seven seas (open ocean) and Africa).
Introduced, not native, in Tanzania, Mauritius and Saint Helena.
Most records fall in Zanzibar South and Central, Zanzibar West, Grand Port, Rivière Noire, Baie Sainte Anne and Grand'Anse.
